This BetKing FAQ page is written for Pakistani players who want straight, honest answers — not corporate copy that goes around in circles. Account
Registering a BetKing account takes under two minutes. Visit the Register page, complete the three-step form with your personal details, email address, mobile number and a strong password, then verify your email address by clicking the link BetKing sends you. Once verified, your account is active and you can make your first deposit. You must be at least 18 years old. BetKing allows one account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
BetKing requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a clear copy or photo of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). BetKing may also request proof of address or proof of payment method depending on your account activity. Upload documents through the Verification section of your account settings. Most verifications are processed within 24 hours.
On the Login page, click the Forgot password? link. Enter the email address or mobile number registered to your BetKing account. BetKing will send a reset link to your email or a one-time code to your mobile within a minute. Click the link or enter the code and choose a new password. If you no longer have access to the registered email or number, email support@betking.cash with your username and CNIC details for manual verification.
Yes. To update your registered email address or mobile number, log in and go to Account Settings. You will be asked to verify your identity before the change is applied — BetKing will send a verification code to your current contact details. If you no longer have access to both the old email and mobile number on file, contact support@betking.cash directly with a copy of your CNIC.
To permanently close your BetKing account, email support@betking.cash with the subject "Account Closure Request" from your registered email address. Before closing, make sure any remaining balance is withdrawn. Note that account closure is permanent — you would need to register a new account if you wish to use BetKing again in the future. If the reason for closure is gambling-related, we recommend using the Self-Exclusion tool instead. See the Responsible Gaming page for details.
BetKing may suspend or restrict an account for several reasons: pending identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, breach of the Terms and Conditions, or an active self-exclusion. If your account has been restricted, you will usually receive an email explaining the reason. Contact support@betking.cash if you believe the restriction was applied in error or if you need clarification. The support team will review your case and respond within one business hour.

Deposits
BetKing supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR — no currency conversion is applied. The minimum deposit across all methods is Rs 200. Access the cashier from the Deposit section inside your account after logging in.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits to your BetKing account are credited instantly in nearly all cases. Once you complete the transaction on your Easypaisa or JazzCash app and confirm the payment, the funds appear in your BetKing balance within seconds. If a deposit does not reflect after five minutes, take a screenshot of the successful transaction confirmation from your wallet app and send it to support@betking.cash. The team will manually credit the funds once verified.
The minimum deposit across all payment methods at BetKing is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by method: Easypaisa and JazzCash are subject to the wallet transaction limits set by the respective provider (typically Rs 25,000 per transaction). IBFT and card deposits may have higher limits. BetKing also allows players to set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings — a feature we actively encourage all players to use.
BetKing does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your BetKing balance. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply its own transaction fees — for example, Easypaisa and JazzCash may charge a small service fee on certain transaction types from their end. BetKing has no control over third-party charges, but these are typically minimal or zero for standard wallet-to-wallet transfers.
Failed deposits where the deduction was made from your wallet are usually caused by a connection timeout between the payment gateway and BetKing's servers. In most cases, the amount is automatically reversed to your wallet within 24 hours. If it has not been reversed after 24 hours, email support@betking.cash with: (1) your BetKing username, (2) the wallet number used, (3) the transaction date and time, and (4) a screenshot of the deduction from your wallet app. BetKing's finance team will trace the transaction and resolve it promptly.
Yes. You can use multiple payment methods on a single BetKing account — for example, depositing via Easypaisa on one occasion and via IBFT on another. The payment methods do not need to match as long as all accounts and cards are registered in your own name. BetKing may request verification that the payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal to a new method you have not used before.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically arrive within 15 to 30 minutes during normal processing hours. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually complete within 30 to 60 minutes. IBFT bank transfers can take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times. Card withdrawals may take two to five business days. If your withdrawal has not arrived after the typical timeframe, contact support@betking.cash with your withdrawal reference number.
The minimum withdrawal at BetKing is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though BetKing may request additional documentation for large withdrawals as part of its standard KYC and anti-fraud procedures. Players whose accounts are not yet fully verified may have a temporary withdrawal cap applied until verification is complete.
Withdrawals can be held in a pending or review status for several reasons: your account KYC verification is incomplete, the withdrawal is flagged for a routine security check, bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met, or it is a first-time withdrawal to a new payment method. Log in and check the Verification section of your account settings. If you believe there is no outstanding issue, email support@betking.cash with your withdrawal reference number and the team will investigate.
Withdrawal requests can be cancelled while they are in a pending status — before BetKing has processed and sent the funds. Go to the Withdrawal History section in your account and click Cancel next to the pending request. Once a withdrawal has been approved and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you have set a self-exclusion or cool-off period that prevents betting, any pending withdrawals during the exclusion period will still be processed normally to the payment method on file.
BetKing does not charge withdrawal fees. The full amount you request is sent to your payment method. As with deposits, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply its own incoming transfer fee, though in practice most Pakistani mobile wallets do not charge for incoming transactions. If you notice a discrepancy between the amount you requested and the amount received, contact your wallet provider first to check whether a fee was applied on their end.
Bonuses & Promotions
BetKing offers new players a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to Rs 10,000. If your first deposit is Rs 5,000, BetKing adds Rs 5,000 in bonus funds — giving you Rs 10,000 to play with. Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet your bonus amount on qualifying markets before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, if BetKing's welcome bonus has a 10x wagering requirement and you receive a Rs 2,000 bonus, you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. No. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been completed. You can choose to forfeit an active bonus at any time from your account settings if you would prefer to withdraw your real-money balance without completing the wagering — but forfeiting a bonus means any remaining bonus balance is removed from your account permanently. Real-money deposits not tied to a bonus can always be withdrawn at any time subject to standard verification requirements.
Yes. There are a few reasons the welcome bonus may not have been credited: the deposit amount was below the Rs 500 minimum, the deposit was made using a payment method excluded from the bonus offer, an existing active bonus prevented a new one from being applied, or there was a brief system delay. Wait a few minutes and refresh your account balance. If the bonus still has not appeared after 10 minutes, contact support@betking.cash with your deposit reference number and the support team will investigate.

Markets include match winner, next wicket, next over runs, total sixes, player of the match and many more. Odds update in real time — typically within seconds of each delivery. A voided bet is one that BetKing has cancelled and refunded the stake for. Common reasons include: the event was abandoned or postponed, the market was suspended before the event reached the required minimum duration, an obvious pricing error was made, or the event result could not be verified. When a bet is voided, your original stake is returned to your BetKing balance automatically. In an accumulator (parlay) bet, a voided selection is typically treated as a non-runner and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs.
Yes. BetKing supports accumulator (combo/parlay) bets across cricket, football and other markets. Add multiple selections to your bet slip and choose the accumulator option. Your potential return is calculated as the combined odds of all selections multiplied by your stake. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. Minimum and maximum stake limits for accumulators are shown in the bet slip at the time of placement.
BetKing displays odds in decimal format by default, which is the most common format used internationally and the easiest to understand. Decimal odds of 2.50 mean you win Rs 2.50 for every Rs 1 wagered — so a Rs 1,000 bet at 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 total (Rs 1,500 profit plus your Rs 1,000 stake back). The minimum bet at BetKing is Rs 10. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event and the odds on the selection — higher odds typically carry lower maximum stakes. Individual market maximums are shown in the bet slip when you enter your stake amount. If you want to place a very large bet, contact support@betking.cash in advance as BetKing may accommodate specific requests for verified high-volume accounts on a case-by-case basis.
Yes. BetKing offers a cash-out feature on selected markets, allowing you to settle a bet before the event finishes and take a guaranteed return based on current odds. The cash-out value is calculated in real time and may be higher or lower than your original potential payout depending on how the match has progressed. The cash-out button appears in your Open Bets section when the feature is available for a specific bet. Not all markets support cash-out.

A cool-off period temporarily deactivates your BetKing account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a cool-off your account is locked: you cannot log in, deposit or place bets. Your account and balance are preserved and reactivate automatically once the period ends. To activate a cool-off, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cool-Off Period. It takes effect immediately. Any pending withdrawals continue to be processed normally during a cool-off.
Self-exclusion at BetKing permanently prevents you from accessing your account for a minimum of 6 months or indefinitely. To self-exclude, email support@betking.cash with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request" and specify the duration. Your account will be suspended within one hour and you will be removed from all BetKing marketing lists immediately. BetKing will not allow re-registration during the exclusion period.
