BetKing Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

 1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BetKing. These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout this document as "the Terms") govern the contractual relationship between you (the registered user) and BetKing (referred to as "we," "us" or "the platform") in connection with your use of the BetKing website at betking.cash and all associated services, products and features made available through it.

BetKing is an online sports betting and gaming platform operated under a valid gaming licence. The platform offers sports betting, in-play betting, cricket and football markets, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Virtual Sports and casino-style products to eligible players in markets where online betting is accessible.

By registering an account, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds or placing a bet at BetKing, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact BetKing support at support@betking.cash before registering or depositing. Continued use of BetKing after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies including the BetKing Privacy Policy and the BetKing Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Where any specific promotion or bonus offer contains its own terms, those specific terms apply alongside (not instead of) these Terms.

 2. Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and use BetKing you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. BetKing is strictly an adult platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register, deposit or place bets. If we have reason to suspect that a registered user is under 18, we will suspend the account pending age verification and withhold any funds until the matter is resolved. If the user is confirmed to be underage, the account will be closed and deposits returned minus any winnings generated.
• One account per person: Each person may hold only one BetKing account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a restriction or for any other reason — is prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, truthful and current personal information at registration. Name, date of birth, address and contact details must all be genuine. BetKing may request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.
• Not self-excluded: If you have voluntarily self-excluded from BetKing or from gambling more broadly, you are not permitted to register a new account. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account will result in immediate closure of the new account.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under legal guardianship or otherwise lack capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use BetKing.

BetKing reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform; BetKing may close or restrict any account at any time where it has reasonable cause to do so.

 3. Your BetKing Account

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetKing account credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. BetKing will never ask you for your password via email, chat or phone. Any communication claiming to be from BetKing that asks for your password should be reported to support immediately.

Any bet placed, game played or transaction made using your BetKing account credentials will be treated as having been made by you, unless you have previously notified us in writing that your account has been compromised. BetKing accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

BetKing is required by its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on accounts. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at registration, before your first withdrawal or at any other time BetKing deems necessary: a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, or a screenshot or statement from your mobile wallet confirming your ownership of the payment method linked to your account.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification. BetKing is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals caused by a player's failure to supply verification documents promptly.

3.3 Account Closure

You may close your BetKing account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you after identity verification, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure unless already converted to real-money through completion of wagering requirements.

 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

BetKing accepts deposits in Pakistani rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits using all these methods are processed instantly in most cases. BetKing does not charge a fee on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount at BetKing is Rs 200 unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer. BetKing reserves the right to change minimum and maximum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at BetKing are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that does not belong to you; all withdrawal methods must be verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Processing times are: Easypaisa and JazzCash — typically within 15 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay — typically within 30 minutes; IBFT bank transfer — up to one business day; Visa/Mastercard — 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount at BetKing is Rs 500. BetKing does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your bank or mobile wallet may apply charges on receipt. You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed against those funds.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

BetKing is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activity. BetKing is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Funds deposited at BetKing must be from legitimate sources. You must not attempt to use BetKing to process, conceal or convert funds of an illegal origin. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities. All associated balances will be withheld pending investigation.

 5. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at BetKing are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules communicated on the relevant betting market pages.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not accepted until BetKing has confirmed it and issued a bet reference number. BetKing reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, including where the bet exceeds the maximum stake for a given market or where the odds have changed between submission and processing. If a bet cannot be accepted at the submitted odds, BetKing will notify you and the stake will be returned to your balance.

5.2 Odds Changes

Odds at BetKing are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds in particular update rapidly following each deliverable event in a match. BetKing cannot be held responsible for any delay in your internet connection causing a bet to be processed at odds that have moved since you initiated the bet. In such cases, BetKing will either honour the bet at the new odds or decline it and return the stake, at BetKing's discretion.

5.3 Void Bets and Abandonment

If a sporting event is abandoned before a result can be determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless BetKing has stated specific rules for the market in question that determine an outcome before abandonment. For cricket matches specifically, at least the defined minimum number of overs must be completed for certain markets to stand — these thresholds are stated on each individual market page on BetKing.

5.4 Maximum Payouts

BetKing applies maximum payout limits per bet and per account per day. These limits vary by sport and by market type. They are displayed in the betting slip for each market before you confirm your bet. A bet exceeding the maximum payout will be reduced by BetKing to the maximum permitted amount, and the excess stake will be returned.

• All bets placed at BetKing are final once confirmed. Mistakes in stake or selection cannot be reversed after confirmation except at BetKing's sole discretion.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for the bet to pay out. One failed leg voids the entire accumulator at BetKing unless an active Acca insurance promotion applies.
• BetKing reserves the right to cancel any bet where it can demonstrate that an error in odds pricing occurred, whether caused by a technical fault or human error. Affected stakes will be returned in full.

 6. Casino, Card Games and Virtual Sports

BetKing offers Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Virtual Sports and other casino-style products. The following rules apply to all such products in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the game itself.

All game outcomes at BetKing are generated by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. BetKing does not manipulate game outcomes in any way. Historical results are logged and available for dispute review.

In Ludo Games with multiple real-money players, the pot is collected by the winning player after BetKing deducts its platform fee, which is displayed before each game entry. Virtual Sports at BetKing run continuously 24 hours a day and all outcomes are determined by RNG. Results are final once the virtual event has completed and no bets can be placed after a Virtual Sports event has begun.

 7. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

BetKing offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These are designed to add genuine value to your BetKing experience and not to trap you in unfavourable conditions. The following rules apply to all BetKing bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise in writing.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

BetKing's 100% first deposit match bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit stated in the specific offer. The bonus is credited as bonus funds to your BetKing balance and must be wagered a specified number of times on qualifying sports or casino markets before it can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering multiplier and qualifying markets are stated in the specific offer terms at the time of activation.

7.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one bonus may be claimed per household address, per IP address and per payment method at BetKing. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn; only real-money funds converted from bonus funds through completed wagering requirements can be withdrawn.
• BetKing reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player has already claimed it, BetKing will honour the existing claim at the terms active at the time of claim.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on markets with odds below a specified minimum threshold may not count towards wagering requirements. The minimum qualifying odds for each bonus are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed purely to fulfil requirements rather than to genuinely engage with the product, will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

 8. Responsible Gaming

BetKing takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and BetKing recognises that for some people it can become harmful. The following tools are available to all registered BetKing users and can be activated at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive changes.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period. Exceeding the limit will prevent further bets or game plays until the period resets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum continuous session length after which BetKing will log you out automatically.
• Cool-off period: Take a break from BetKing for a defined period of 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days or 30 days without permanently closing your account.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BetKing. Self-exclusion is a serious, binding measure and BetKing will refuse attempts to re-register during the exclusion period. If you need to self-exclude, contact BetKing support immediately.

BetKing will never market to a player who has self-excluded. If you believe gambling is causing you or someone close to you financial or personal harm, we strongly encourage you to make use of these tools and to seek external support.  9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at BetKing and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to use BetKing while under the age of 18.
• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to place bets or interact with BetKing games in a manner not sanctioned by BetKing.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in BetKing's systems to generate unfair profit.
• Placing bets or playing games using knowledge of outcomes that were not publicly available at the time of bet placement (match fixing, insider information).
• Using BetKing in any manner that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or damage BetKing's systems or network infrastructure in any way.
• Any conduct that BetKing reasonably determines to constitute fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity.

BetKing reserves the right to pursue legal action against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct causing financial loss or reputational harm to the platform.

 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the BetKing platform — including but not limited to the BetKing brand, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, data feeds and game assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of BetKing or its licensed suppliers. No part of the BetKing platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, published or commercially exploited in any form without the prior written consent of BetKing.

BetKing grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, copy or redistribute any BetKing content.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to BetKing regarding the platform may be used by BetKing without restriction or compensation to you.

 11. Limitation of Liability

BetKing provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in the reliability and uptime of the platform, we do not guarantee that BetKing will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages and factors beyond our control (including internet service failures and force majeure events) may affect platform availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetKing's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you deposited at BetKing in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

BetKing shall not be liable for any loss of profit, indirect loss, consequential loss or losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate third-party data displayed on the platform (including live score data, which is provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect the official score in real time).

 12. Amendments and How to Contact BetKing

BetKing reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BetKing will notify registered users via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of BetKing after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using BetKing and contact support to close your account, at which point any real-money balance will be returned to you after verification.
